Vitaly Skinski: the Possibilities are many,the main thing – quality projects
For the region is very important presentation at an international event, such as the X Forum Europe – Ukraine, which was held in Rzeszow on January 25-29. This was stated by the head of Department of international cooperation and fundraising of the regional state administration Vitaly Skinsky. The event gathered around a thousand participants from 26 countries. Among the 250 participants from Ukraine was a delegation from Ternopil. The meeting was held under the slogan "Opportunities not to be missed". "First, we really want to see abroad, because we have something to present. Secondly, it's a great opportunity to meet and establish contacts with people who are willing to provide guidance or practical advice in this or another sphere: for example, decentralization, economic development, reforms in various sectors", - stated Vitaly Skinsky. As noted by the head of Department, now there are a lot of possibilities to attract financial resources is transboundary cooperation and international technical assistance. "The funds are available, the possibilities are many, the main thing – quality projects. And that is to teach to cook them properly can our foreign partners because many have successful experience", - says Vitaly Skinsky. At the same time, the head of Department is convinced that many initiatives that are being implemented in Poland, can be inserted in the Ternopil region. "We presented our region on the basis of the technological Park, which built the airport and large warehouses. This is a great opportunity for business. There are all communications, office space. In addition, all revenues go to the state budget. It's really we have to do, if you have the support of our partners," - summed up Vitaly Skinsky.
