Index of construction products in the Vinnitsa region took the 1st place among the regions of Ukraine
According to the General statistics office in Vinnytsia region, through 2016 in the construction industry there was a tendency of gradual revival of investment and construction activities. The index of construction output growth in investments in the construction industry in 2016 Vinnytsia region took the 1st place among the regions of Ukraine (141,2% compared to the corresponding period in 2015). It should be noted that it is important to construction and reconstruction of socially significant facilities in the area such as: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cultural centers, and monuments. In particular, in 2016 the construction and renovation of schools and kindergartens allocated 24.2 million UAH. for these funds complete: ? construction of stage II of 210 students in the school in the village Strizhavka, Vinnytsia region; ? reconstruction of the premises of No. 1 school i-III century in the village of Ulanov Hmelniczkogo area; ? the renovation of the existing building for a kindergarten for 60 seats in the village of Tsybulevka Trostyanetsky district. In connection with the adjustment of projects with a conversion into current prices and, accordingly, increase estimated cost not completed in 2016 work on the construction of a school in the village of mykhailivka haysyn district and reconstruction of the school in the village of Pine of the Vinnytsia area. However, these objects in 2016, made a significant amount of work (6.7 and 7.1 million UAH. respectively). School construction is scheduled for completion in 2017. When performing work on the healthcare facilities mastered 50,0 million UAH. these funds completed: ? the construction of diesel power stations with a capacity of 60 kW and a system power supply of the room "Center of emergency medical aid and catastrophe medicine"; ? overhaul of the operating unit of the regional children's clinical hospital; ? almost completed construction work on the surgical case of regional hospital. M. Pirogov. Started works on reconstruction with extension of 2-storey building medical-diagnostic Department of the regional physiotherapy hospital in the city of Khmilnyk. A significant amount of work done in the framework of the repair and construction works of the buildings of VOL im.Pirogov. In 2016: ? completed the overhaul of the facade and roof of building # 6 VOL im.Pirogov; ? of work performed 2.1 million UAH. the overhaul of the facade and roof of building # 7 VOL im.Pirogov. ? 3 conducted tender procedures for capital repairs of buildings No. 1 (administration), No. 14 (Hematology Department), No. 17 (medical building). Within the allocated funds, work began to replace Windows. In 2017, the priorities in construction activities remain the completion of initiated projects of social and cultural facilities, works to improve energy efficiency of buildings, renovation work in institutions with a permanent stay of people, the restoration work on the monuments of state and local significance.
