In Vinnytsia oblast Prosecutor's office continues fight against illegal trafficking of arms and ammunition,brought from zone ATO.
The investigative Department of regional Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation and sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine upon illegal acquisition and storage of ammunition, without lawful authority, the police of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region. During a pretrial investigation it is established that a law enforcement officer, without lawful authority, contrary to the manner prescribed by law kept at the place of residence of a defensive fragmentation hand grenade f-1 and ammunition for automatic weapons. For the committed criminal offence punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
