In the Rivne region, the police major exposed while getting 500 dollars of improper benefits
Thanks to well-planned and successful operation of prosecutors, Offices of the security Service and internal security in the DVB Rivne region National police of Ukraine 01.02.2017 exposed the police major during obtaining illegal benefit in the sum of 500 dollars. It is established that the specified amount of money senior inspector of road supervision of the sector prevention OP GUNP Sarny in the Rivne region received from the citizen for the return to him from impound lots car "BMW-318". Immediately after the transfer of the illegal benefit of a police officer in his own office, he was detained and the money seized. Specified person is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 1 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits). At the request of prosecutors the court 02.02.2017 police officer removed from office and it elected a measure of restraint – the personal obligation. Currently, conducted necessary investigative actions. Pre-trial investigation and procedural guidance in criminal proceedings is performed by Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
