In the Rivne region have condemned a member of the terrorist organization "LNB"
the Panel of judges of the Rivne city court taking into account the position of the Prosecutor sentenced 40-year-old resident of Lugansk for participation in a terrorist organization. Procedural management and maintenance of public prosecution in criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 258-3 of UK of Ukraine (participation in a terrorist organization) was carried out by Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. The state Prosecutor proved in court that the man in January 2015, joined the terrorist organization "Luhansk people's Republic" and within one month was in its composition on the territory of the Slavyanoserbsky region of the Luhansk region. However, due to inadequate cash security voluntarily left the ranks of theorganization. The man was detained by employees of USBU in Lviv region in October 2015 during the crossing of the state border and attempts to return to the territory of Ukraine. Given that the people directly participate in the hostilities against the armed forces of Ukraine did not take, and that during a pretrial investigation sincerely repented, cooperated with investigators and provided information regarding other members of the terrorist organization "LNB", the court accepted the decision on application of punishment lower than stipulated in the sanction incriminated article of the Criminal code of Ukraine. According to the court verdict, the man was sentenced to 3 years ' imprisonment.
