Ternopil: agreed on closer cooperation in the employment service local enterprise "Luch"
In modern conditions of the labour market one of the methods of strengthening the cooperation with employers is finding the right employees. For the purpose of closer cooperation between the employment service and the enterprise "Luch", subordinated to the state concern "Ukroboronprom", in the local production was visited by the Director of Ternopil Vasily otsz oleschuk, Deputy Director-head of Department of the organization of vocational training of the regional employment center Peter Himachal and Director of the Ternopil msclient employment Anatoly Kuriliak. They visited the production facilities of "Beam", got acquainted with the local conditions, specified staffing requirements. By the way, in 2015-2016 with the help of Ternopil city employment center, the company had employed 9 people from among the unemployed. The company's management always takes an active part in days of the employer round tables, seminars for employers, mini-fairs of vacancies held by the employment center. The meeting resulted in an agreement with the Director "Beam" Taras Bilan on the assistance of the employment service in the speedy filling of vacancies and the organization of special-purpose courses in the direction "Automated equipment". The company has committed to provide msclient employment requirements for future employees in this profession for drawing up the program of the passage of unemployed occupational training on the basis of one of the local universities. It will probably be the Ternopil national technical University named after Ivan pului, which is scheduled to conduct appropriate negotiations.
