Approved registries of the administrative and non-administrative service of the Ternopol city Council
With the aim of providing affordable and about the’objective information of the sub’objects of reference concerning the provision of administrative and non-administrative services in Ternopil city Council (decision of Executive Committee dated may 4, 2016 No. 376) approved the registries of the administrative and non-administrative services of Executive bodies of Ternopil city Council. The services provided by Executive bodies of Ternopil city Council, developed and approved by the Information card. An information map contains information about: * · Sub’object of the service and/or center of administrative services (name, location, mode, phone, email address and web site); * · the List of documents required for obtaining the service, the manner and method of their presentation; * · the Payment for, or free services, the amount and manner of payment; * · Term of service; * · the Result of the service; * · the Possible ways of obtaining the answer (result); * · legislative Acts regulating the provision of services. Information cards, are published on the official website of the Ternopil city Council under the heading “the Executive bodies of the Council” and in the place of the reception of subjects’objects of applications. Executive bodies in which reception of the sub’objects addresses: * · the Center of providing administrative services. * · the Governance of social policy. * · the Department of housing register and property. * · Manage state registration. * · the Division of appeals and document control management organizational and Executive work. * · Service for minors and children. * · managing the strategic development of the city. * · Department of conducting the state register of voters. * · Department of education and science. Responsible for quality service delivery to customers/sub’objects of treatment are the responsibility of the head of the Executive body authorized to provide the services, supervised by top management according to distribution of duties’relations.
