Investigators of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region unmasked and arrested the policeman on the receipt of 22 thousand hryvnias of illegal benefit
the results of painstaking, professional and operational work, investigators of investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in cooperation with officials of Department of SBU in Vinnytsia region and internal security management in the Vinnytsia region of DVB of the National police of Ukraine in the investigation of criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, 17.02.2017 exposed and arrested at the scene of the Deputy chief of the investigation Department of one of regional departments of the police Vinnytsia region, who demanded and received illegal benefit in the sum of 22 thousand hryvnias, for deciding to return to them rosslauer criminal proceedings, seized property. Now, in criminal proceedings, are carried out Prime investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about the’objective establishment of circumstances of criminal proceedings, including conducted a series of authorized searches, question witnesses. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
