Chernigov: This year "parliamentary Fund" is proposed to halve
According to the request of the deputies of the city Council Executive Committee agreed the draft Programme implementation, which could not be foreseen at the time of writing the city budget, and ensuring activities of deputies of Chernihiv city Council in 2017. The Program the city budget includes funds in the total amount 4,200 million UAH at the rate of 100 thousand UAH for each member of the city Council. However, unlike previous years, this year the implementation of the MPs expenses due to the Executive Committee only in terms of capital and maintenance of roads and driveways in residential areas of Chernihiv, including the private sector, and driveways on the territory of the budgetary institutions. If necessary production of project estimates, technical inspections and expertise, these funds can go also to these costs. The Program should provide opportunity to the members of the city Council of their electoral programs in the interests of their constituents and the local community as a whole. Members of the city Council will also be able to pool their resources to accomplish joint projects. When approving the Report on execution of the city budget for the reporting periods of the current year will provide information on the status of implementation of the Program.
