Training-methodical center of psychological service of the education system in Vinnytsia region was held on the seminar of practical psychologists of preschool educational institutions on the theme "Psychological culture of parents as the key to psychological health of the child." The event was held in February 2017 on the basis of the municipal institution "Preschool educational institution ¹59 of Vinnytsia city Council". The seminar was attended by methodologists, psychologists Vinnitsa, Tyvriv, Kozaytyn, Illinetskyi districts and Vinnytsia. The Director of the Training center Tatiana Kamensek noted that the most important mental and psychological health of the child is the psychological climate in the family, so one of the priorities in the work of the practical psychologist is the organization of educational work with parents. "Bans" are passed in childhood from parents to children in connection with concerns, worries and experiences of parents themselves. The instructions tell the child what he should do, prohibitions, from which he should refrain. Implementation of the requirements is rewarded, violation of the prohibitions is punishable. "Life scenario" is a life plan, reminiscent of the spectacle that is forced to play. It includes: parent letters (social norms, prohibitions, rules of conduct). The parent scenario may be: constructive, destructive and unproductive," said Victoria Kozachishin.
