Reacting on the carriers ' request regarding the increase in the price of travel on public transport, the city Council has reviewed the calculations provided by them. the results of this study were made at a meeting of the working group of the city Council on the implementation of the pricing policy in the housing sector and on urban passenger transport. The second component, which is missing in the presented calculations of tariffs is an objective data about passenger traffic. They are very important for calculation of tariff, after all, it is necessary to clearly understand how to divide expenses. Confirm that passenger traffic, carriers bring in their calculations, it is impossible. Therefore, economic management for comparison has made its normative calculation on the basis of uniform expenditure and average prices.
