Although the official partnership between the Lippe and Lutsk was established only 18 months ago, we lost in the person of Nicholas Romaniuk the longtime good friend, a convinced European who contributed to the development of Ukrainian-German relations and played for a reliable and fruitful cooperation between Lutsk and Lippe. Nicholas Romanyuk was always open to new collaborative projects and has been a driving force in partnership with the Region of Lippe.
