Recall that Terebovlyansk formed Terebovlya community (Chairman - Sergey Transverse), Ivanovo municipality (chaired by Ruslan Shafranovich), Mykulynetske community (Chairman - Peter Osipchuk) and Zolotnitsky community (Chairman - Daniel bull). On February 23, the Ministry of regional development held a ceremony of awarding certificates to the presidents of the United territorial communities on completion of the training program of the Council of Europe "leadership Academy". During the event, First Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services?Vyacheslav Nehoda, among other things, said: "Decentralization has enabled many to understand that the state is not something abstract and it is not only officials in Kiev. The reform gives the opportunity to each, even a small community to join the development of the country and feel responsibility for its destiny. The local self-government must be the basis, the Foundation of the state. In the course of decentralization and this all strengthened. Your decisions, actions, and words are very important because you are the closest people to the authorities. You must be the conductors of the progressive changes in the country, the most effective element of the implementation of government policy and not to separate himself from her. So I congratulate you on the completion of the course and hope that the new knowledge you use for the benefit of residents of your community and distribute them to colleagues." In turn, Morten Enberg, Chairman of the Council of Europe office in Ukraine, referring to the presidents of the United communities, said: "Your success is the success of the entire reform. We are excited to have the opportunity to continue this success. Now the Council of Europe office in Ukraine is developing another action plan. The main emphasis, as before, are doing to support decentralization and regional development". Graduates of the summer leadership Academy of the Council of Europe were 37 allied heads of communities from 16 regions of Ukraine. Help Annual training program "leadership Academy" of the Council of Europe has been held in Ukraine since 2011 in cooperation with the Ministry of regional development. From 2011 to 2015 trainings leadership Academy were more than 200 leaders of local authorities. In 2016, the Academy was adapted to the chairmen of the joint territorial communities. During the year we held three three-day sessions, resulting in 37 goals received certificates of the Council of Europe.
