In the Vinnytsia region for offences related to corruption by the Deputy of regional Council
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office ensured the participation in the proceedings on bringing to administrative responsibility for violations floor’connected with corruption, Deputy of the regional Council in Vinnytsia region. So, the Deputy of the local Council, i.e. sub'object, definite clause “b” part 1 of article 3 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption”, in violation of clause 3 part 1 article 28 of the Law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption”, was voted “For” the decision of Vinnytsia regional Council from 15.07.2016 No. 161 "the award “For services to the Vinnytsia region” in extraordinary session in a real conflict of interest, because he personally was specified in the decision among the 11 people nominated for the award. That is, he took part in the vote in the event of a conflict between his private interests (pecuniary and non-pecuniary interest was received with honors at the same time cash reward of 5 000 UAH, and also the satisfaction of intangible needs recognition and respect of others) and their representative authorities (defined part 1 of article 19 of the law of Ukraine «On the status of deputies of local councils”), which affects about'objectivity and impartiality in decision-making during the execution of these powers. According to the Deputy head of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, Garmanchouk that is the principled position of the local Prosecutor's office has been successful in administrative proceedings in court in a reasonably short time, under the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences. As a result, the Deputy found guilty of an offense and subject to a penalty of a fine in amount of 300 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
