In January Zhytomyr doubled the volume of construction work
In January 2017 Zhytomyr doubled the volume of construction works and occupies the second place among regions of Ukraine on the index of construction products. About it reports Department of urban planning, architecture, construction and housing and communal services of Zhytomyr regional state administration. "The enterprise area in January completed construction work in the amount of UAH 33.9 million. Increasing the construction volume doubled in comparison with January of last year we have occupied 2 place in Ukraine on the index of construction production, which is of 208.3%", – said the Director of the Department of Roman chirps. According to him, new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment amounted to 79.9% of the total volume of construction works, overhaul and repairs 13.4% and 6.7%, respectively. Most of the funds for construction have invested in Zhytomyr (43,5%) and Zhytomyr region (42.4 per cent). We will remind, for January-November, 2016 the index of construction output amounted 147,0% to the corresponding period in 2015. Reference: Index of construction output consists of the indexes of building construction (residential and nonresidential) and civil engineering multiplied by the added value of buildings and engineering structures in total value added of the base year. Index construction of buildings is calculated as the ratio of the volume of work performed in the reporting period to the volume of work performed for the base year adjusted for the price index for construction and Assembly work construction of buildings.
