On the basis of the decision of the investigative court Rokytnivskiy district court within investigation of criminal proceedings on the fact of acquisition of property obtained by criminal means, employees Rakytniansky OP OP GUNP Sarny in the Rivne and Sarny 28.02.2017 the local Prosecutor's office carried out the authorized search at the inhabitant of S. Rokytnivskiy Rokytne district of Rivne region. In the result of the search found and seized the stones of raw amber of different sizes and shapes with a total weight of 11.5 kg, and 2 electronic scales, - said acting head of the local Prosecutor's office Sarny, Rivne oblast Yaroslav Bagle. - Taken the amber is placed on the territory Rokytnivskiy police Department. Currently, solved the question of the seizure of the seized items. In criminal proceedings initiated under article 198 of the criminal code of Ukraine, further investigations are carried out with the objective of documenting of illegal activities of persons, who illegally mined amber in the raw.
