Velikobereznjansky Department of Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations information on the fact of non-Declaration by an official of his property. It is established that the person being the sub’object of Declaration in accordance with article 45 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption”, deliberately, aware of the illegality of their actions, and their consequences, have not filed a Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local government. In this case we are talking about one of the heads of Department Velikobereznyansky district administration. Therefore, the actions of the specified persons are signs of criminal offense under part 1 of article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine (the Declaration of false information). The sanction of article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from two thousand p’atiot to three thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or public works for a term of one hundred n ' fifty to two hundred forty hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
