In Zhytomyr held the final competition in pre-medical assistance
In Zhytomyr teams of high school students of eight schools competed for the championship in the finals of the region at comedycentral aid. In such competitions Zhytomyr took part in the first, and last year took third place at the national level. This was stated by the head of the Department of education and science of the regional state administration Vadim Kalinin, opening competition in rendering pre-medical assistance in the framework of the special project "I can rescue life!" which took place March 3, in school ¹6. "Such competitions are not new to us, last year we took third place, but I hope that this year we will win. So, I wish you a good competition and success," said Vadim Kalinin welcoming the participants. Based on the simulated situations, students demonstrated their skills by carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, stop bleeding and restore the airway. After the final competition will be held in eight regions participating, will be held all-Ukrainian final to determine the winner. Pre-finals will be held in October 2017 in the city of Kiev. The project is implemented by all-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian Foundation "Health" and the family Foundation of zagori under the patronage of the spouse of the President of Ukraine Maryna Poroshenko with the official support of the Ministry of health of Ukraine, Zhytomyr regional state administration and Zhytomyr city Council. The competition was preceded by appropriate training, which from 27 February to 3 March 2017 held by professional instructors all-Ukrainian Union of paramedics. In Zhytomyr took part in the competitions schools ¹ 1, 6, 7, 10, 14, 22, 32 and Lyceum ¹ 2.
