Vinnytsya region will be judged wizard of the forest,which is made waste wood
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, according to the results of the preliminary investigation, the district court directed the indictment under part 4 of article 191, part 2 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine concerning one of the masters of the forest GP “Tulchinsky LMG” which, being official and materially responsible person abusing his official position, by introducing false information in the bill of lading, made waste timber, than caused to the state material damage in the amount of 211 thousand. An offense under part 4 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine is corruption a crime for which, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 45, 75 criminal code of Ukraine can only be assigned to a real deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to eight years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years. The materials of the investigation concerning organizers of the crime – officials of GP “Tulinskoe LMG” and a private entrepreneur from the Kalinovka area is allocated in separate manufacture. Soon the pre-trial investigation against these persons will be completed and the materials of the criminal proceedings transferred to the court, which will determine the fate of offenders.
