In the Rivne region under the claim of Prosecutor's office declared invalid the land auction in the city of Varash and land lease agreements worth 3.2 million UAH
Economic court of Rivne region supported the position of the regional Prosecutor's office and satisfied its claim about recognition invalid land sales, the decision of the local authority and leases of land with an area of 0.75 hectares with a value of 3,2 million UAH, located in the city of Varash. The basis of the application of the Prosecutor to the court become the established facts of violations of requirements of land legislation during the land auction. In particular, the results of the auction for the sale of lease rights of the land plot, its state registration is not carried out, the cadastral number is not assigned, and the land lease agreements concluded without specifying all material terms and conditions provided by law. While exercising the constitutional powers and in responding to the revealed violations, the Prosecutor's office has taken steps representative character to protect the interests of the state in the sphere of land relations. Thus, thanks to the active position of the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast stopped the illegal land lease with a cost of 3,2 million UAH and transferred to the land reserve of the local authority.
