This Foundation is a United territorial community. The bill is an important step, which was expected dozens of communities across Ukraine. The bill gives opportunities and the mechanism for creating United communities, composed of local councils of different regions. And when communities unite around regional cities. Communities voluntarily and want to work together to build the future around their traditions and culture, and not according to the established boundaries of the districts. Many communities left out of opportunities to restore historical Association and create those communities, which all the time existed, but was divided under the Soviet regime – so that they are easier to manage.
