In Lutsk started the 20th session of the city Council
holds a plenary meeting of the 20th session of the city Council. The agenda included more than 100 questions. On behalf of the deputies of the plenary session started under the chairmanship of the chosen community of Gregory Pustovit. During the formation of the agenda of work from the constant Commission of city Council on land relations and land cadastre was proposed to include in the agenda the issue “On election of the Secretary of Lutsk city Council”. MPs supported this view, and were formed by the audit Commission. Some of the deputies refused to participate in the process of election and voting for the new Secretary of the city Council. This position was expressed by the representatives of the factions of “Solidarity”, “Freedom”, “Self”, “people's control” and independent Deputy Nikolay Erucic. They motivated this decision by the fact that Julia Bosenko filed statements of claim in court about recognition illegal decisions of the city Council from 15.03.17 g ¹ 19/1 “On early termination of powers of the Secretary of city Council, Bucenko Yu. V.” and proposed to postpone the consideration of the election of a new Secretary. For the position of Secretary of the city Council proposed the candidature of Igor Polishchuk.
