In the Lutsk city Council has made a decision that would contribute to the protection of small and medium business
the Deputies in the plenary session of the city Council supported the decision to suspend the destruction of small and medium business in Ukraine. Deputy Andriy Kozyura in his speech noted that in the first quarter of the current year the Government plans to adopt a resolution "Some issues of implementation of article 259 of the code of laws on work of Ukraine and article 34 of the law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine". According to this resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine under the guise of purpose to approve the procedure for state control and supervision over observance of legislation on labour and employment, makes the State service of Ukraine on labour issues in the punitive body of state Executive authority, which is endowed with unlimited rights and is aimed at the total destruction of small and medium business in Ukraine. The introduction of the so-called "labour inspectors" who will have significantly greater powers than members of the tax and law enforcement authorities, does not hold water and is contrary to common sense. Adoption by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution "Some issues of implementation of article 259 of the code of laws on work of Ukraine and article 34 of the law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine" will further exacerbate the already tense situation in the society and will lead mass protests of entrepreneurs. With the aim of protecting small and medium businesses, it is necessary to intervene immediately in this situation, to stop destructive policy of the Cabinet of Ministers for the destruction of the enterprise and to take appropriate measures to prevent the adoption of this resolution and, finally, to conduct a comprehensive tax reform that will reduce the tax burden on entrepreneurs, Andriy Kozyura. Therefore, the deputies adopted an Appeal on the suspension of destruction of the small and medium business in Ukraine, which decided to send to the chairmen of parliamentary factions and groups of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the city councils of cities of regional importance.
