In Volyn region will be judged the guilty party in Knyaginino
the Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on violation of rules of traffic safety, entailed death of the victim, 57-year-old resident of the city of Kivertsi. As is well known to everybody, January 30 evening, in the village of Knyaginino Lutsk district under the wheels of his car “Subaru Tribeca” killed 35-year-old woman who was walking on the side of the road, holding the hand of his infant son. From the received traumas she has died on the spot. The driver who hit, tried to escape, but it managed to hold. The man was in a state of alcoholic SP'intoxication. The culprit of the fatal accident is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and soon he will appear before the court, which will choose his punishment.
