In Rivne serial thief sentenced to real term of punishment
Workers of Rivne local Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings under part 2, 3 of article 185 UK of Ukraine (theft committed repeatedly, with the entry into the premises, causing significant damage to the victim) concerning 20-the summer inhabitant of the regional center. It is proved that young person during September-November 2016 committed a series of thefts. The objects of the enrichment of the thief of steel companies and trading enterprises of Rivne. In the premises of these institutions, the attacker penetrated, usually at night by pressing the plastic frames of Windows or doors and stole there money, if they are not found taking things that can be implemented – power tools, tablets, phones and the like. All the attacker committed 11 criminal episodes, resulting in damages to the victims totaling nearly 140 thousand UAH. As it turned out, the resident was already brought to criminal responsibility for acquisitive crimes and during the Commission of the thefts was serving probation. Rivne city court, having examined the evidence and having heard the position of the Prosecutor, found the man guilty of crimes and sentenced to deprivation of liberty for a term of 3 years and 6 months.
