Sports radio orienteering in luck is gaining momentum
the city of Uzhgorod, at the end of March, took place the championship of Ukraine on sports radio direction-finding among adults youths juniors at short distances. The championship was attended by the strongest athletes from twelve regions of Ukraine. The championship was held in four age categories ×Æ14, ×Æ16, ×Æ19, ×Æ21 and veterans. Competitions became the first qualifying stage for the younger athletes on selection for the national team of Ukraine in the I-th World championship among juniors which will pass in June in Slovakia. Juniors and adults at the event were fighting for selection for the European championship which will pass in September in the Republic of Lithuania. Despite the challenging mountain trails of the team of the city of Lutsk in a bitter struggle won the third place team, behind the team from the city of Kiev and Sumy region. In the individual competition was not equal to the champion of Europe, Lucent Lily Quiet, in the category of juniors of 18 won the first place, and her teammate Kristina Miller - bronze medal. In the category of P14 first place went to Kateryna Demchuk, and the third in this category Alina Lotocki. In the category boys Yu14 Lutsk Taras Labecki won second place, and Maxim Mironenko third in this category. In the category ×16 Vladislav Ishchuk has won the third place. Among adults Lutsk athletes Igor Dolinsky, Igor and Arthur Skin respectively took fourth and fifth places.
