The extradition procedure of rovenance who is suspected in murder of the former husband,from Egypt to Ukraine have already started
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region sent through the General Prosecutor's office a request to the Arab Republic of Egypt on extradition to his homeland, the 24-year-old citizen of Ukraine. We will remind, in February of 2017 in one of the apartments of a residential building in the city was found dead with existing signs of stab wounds, a 37-year-old husband-known hairdresser. Premeditated murder suspected his ex-wife, who after committing the crime went abroad, in connection with which the channels of the National Central Bureau of Interpol was declared wanted. In March of this year the law enforcement authorities of the Arab Republic of Egypt established the whereabouts of the said person and detained the last thing in accordance with the requirements of international legal instruments reported to the competent authorities of Ukraine. In turn, the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region prepared and sent to law enforcement bodies of a foreign state request the extradition of a fugitive, thus confirming the intention of the requirement to give a woman in Ukraine to criminal liability, - said the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region on international legal orders Alexei Korolev. At present pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings initiated under article 115 of UK (premeditated murder), continues. The suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment from 7 to 15 years.
