In Rivne oblast terminated the activity of a gambling institution in the town of dubrovytsia
Workers Dubrovytsky Sarny Department of the local Prosecutor's office jointly with the Department of protection of the economy in Dnipropetrovsk region, Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine found and stopped activity of underground casinos, which operated in the town of dubrovytsia. By results of the conducted 18.04.2017 inspection at the location of the gambling hall seized 8 computers through which citizens were granted the gaming services and cash in the sum of 3400 UAH, allegedly obtained through criminal activities. Currently, the police for procedural guidance Sarny local Prosecutor's office conducted investigations in initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal gambling business). Action is being taken to the identification and prosecution of individuals who organized in Ukraine is prohibited gambling activity.
