Sentence dubenskogo district court to 9 years in prison sentenced 34-year resident of the city for committing a crime under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine, that is deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim. About this informed the head of Dubno local Prosecutor Vasyl Martyniuk. Accused's guilt in court is not recognized, completely denied his involvement in the injury of his friend, from which came her death. However, during a pretrial investigation it is established, and the court Dubno local Prosecutor's office proved that in early February 2016 the attacker during the verbal conflict was deliberately struck 36-year-old friend at least 10 punches to the head and at least 4 punches and kicks in the chest. From numerous blows to various parts of the body the woman became ill and soon she died. The conclusion it is judicial-medical examination has shown that in addition to numerous bruises and contusions, women also found rib fractures and hemorrhages in the brain, resulting in edema. The verdict of the court has not yet entered. During the month the participants in the trial have the right to appeal.
