The Prosecutor's office of Volyn region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on the misappropriation of state property in large sizes and official forgery committed by the Director of utilities of Lutsk district in collusion with the head of one of private enterprises of Volyn. In September-December 2016, official signed acceptance reports of the performed construction works made by the contractor with false information about the performance of such reconstruction works of boiler rooms in the schools of villages and Gardens Charukiv Lutsk district. Despite the fact that these works were not undertaken, on account of a private company due to such actions of officials listed more than 600 thousand UAH. Of Directors of both companies – public or private – accused of committing criminal offenses under part 4 of article 191 and part 1 St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine. Note that property damage caused to the budget of the Lutsk district, during the pretrial investigation, the accused eliminated completely. Their further destiny will determine the court.
