Employees of the investigation Department of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region, on materials of Department of fight against corruption and USBU organized crime in the Transcarpathian region (ABCOP), initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of abuse of power or official position which entailed heavy consequences in respect of officials of international automobile checkpoint "yew" and chopsky boundary group (part 2 of article 364 of the criminal code). Previously it is established that the specified officials, abusing official position, April 25, during customs clearance «home of Ukraine” bus "Neoplan" intentionally, acting on preliminary arrangement from mercenary promptings, has not conducted customs inspection of said vehicle. As a result of such illegal actions by customs and border the bus drove from Ukraine into Hungary, where the Hungarian law enforcement authorities found in this 12,500 cartons of cigarettes and about 1 ton of amber.
