the Board of Vynogradiv district court for the principled position of the Prosecutor's office, issued a guilty verdict against D., who was accused of premeditated murder (paragraph 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As stated in the course of the trial, citizen D. being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, 14 Dec 2015 went to the bedroom of one of the houses on Winogradowii,where the landlord and shot him with a hunting rifle. In court the accused has explained the act to the hostile relations that have arisen as a result of systematic humiliation by men killed them. Thanks to the principled position of the public Prosecutor, the guilt of the citizen. D. it was proved in court and asked to appoint punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of 8 years. Assessing the aggregate evidence collected in the investigation and examined at the hearing, the panel of judges sentenced the citizen D. to 8 years of imprisonment.
