In Ternopil, may 23 starts the main session of external independent evaluation
on Tuesday, may 23, in Ukraine will start the main session of external independent testing. The EIT can take a maximum of four subjects. For this they will have a month. Information about the test results can be obtained from 15 to 23 June. According to the head of the Department of education and science of Ternopil regional state administration Olga Khoma, this year on passing external independent assessment there are two compulsory subjects: first – the Ukrainian language and literature, the second mathematics or history of Ukraine the selection of the graduate. Only graduates can undergo testing in the subjects: Ukrainian language and literature, which will be held on may 23, 2017, Spanish, German or French – may 25, English language – mathematics 29 may – 31 may, history of Ukraine – 2 June, Russian language – June 6, mathematics – 8 June, the geography – June 12, physics – 14 chemistry June and 16 June. In General, in the Ternopil region on the delivery of external independent evaluation of the Ukrainian language and literature checked 5742 graduates, the state final examination – 4554; on the history of Ukraine – 4801 (UPE) and 3676 (GIA); math 2241 (UPE) and 1432 (GIA); in physics – 571 (UPE) and 271 (STA); chemistry – 695 (UPE) and 118 (GIA); biology – 1047 (UPE) and 1001 (GIA); geography – 2622 (UPE) and 1565 (GIA); English – 1775 (UPE) and 991 (GIA); the French language – 5 (UPE) and 3 (STA); in German – 119 (UPE) and 58 (GIA); the Spanish language – 3 (EIT) and 0 (GIA); the Russian language – 12 (mcqs) and 2 (GIA). As we know, testing will continue until June 16. Additional session of EIT-2017 will be held from 3 to 12 July. It will be able to participate those graduates who missed the main session testing for valid reasons. Data on the results of external evaluation will be published on the personal pages of EIT-2017 on the website of the Ukrainian center for educational quality assessment. However, as added to the Department of education and science of Ternopil regional state administration, created in the region 24 of the point of the test in Ukrainian language and literature, mathematics – 8 points, Ukraine's history – 20, geography – 11, biology – 8, English – 7, all other subjects – from 1 to 3 points. "We expect that will remain at least at the level that was shown during testing in 2016. In fact, the results of external independent evaluation at the national level with the Ukrainian language and literature, we were third and fifth in the English language. They are the indicators collected and analyzed by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. I hope that the current rates will be better than last year", – said Olga Homa.
