For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving by the official which holds responsible position, undue advantage for the Commission of such officer in the interests of a third party of any actions with use of official position) the head of Department of architecture and urban planning one of the district administrations in Vinnytsia region. 26.05.2017 Vinnitsa city cramps her remanded in custody. Note that the official received undue benefit in the amount of 3500 hryvnia for “services” in the preparation of documents necessary for obtaining permission for placement of trade on’project – temporary structures. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Reference: According to the sanctions of the alleged offense, criminal liability is provided in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
