The Prosecutor of the Rivne region discussed with the Chairman of the Independent media trade Union of Ukraine prospects of cooperation

Chaika The purpose of the meeting was the cooperation of law enforcement bodies of the region and representatives of the media in ensuring the rights and freedoms of journalists, as well as the preparations for the signing between the Prosecutor's office and the Independent media trade Union of Ukraine Memorandum "On mutual understanding and protect and secure activity of journalists". This document further provided, and at the national level. The meeting reached certain agreements, in particular, to develop integrated activities aimed at prevention of violations of journalists ' rights, protect their property, as well as improving the efficiency of interaction between law enforcement officers and media workers for high-quality performance by each party of their professional duties.
