Chernigov: 452 million was received in the city budget in January-may of the current year
About this informed the head of Chernihiv joint state tax inspection of the Kullback Yaroslav during the expanded city meeting on 6 June in Chernihiv city Council. According to him, the tax to the local budget in January - may 2017 secured income 452,0 million. Level last year exceeded 101,0 million. Budget-taxes are: • tax on income of physical persons - received 256,0 million UAH, which is 60% of budget revenues of the city; • land charges - UAH 82.6 million, 18.3% of the total income; • single tax – UAH 75.9 million, which is 16.8%; • real estate tax – 4.9 million UAH, which is 1.1%; • the excise tax on the retail of excisable goods and 27.1 million, which is 6.0%. One of the main areas of work on which also does the tax on is the adoption of measures to improve wage levels. Working proactively to prevent violations of tax legislation in the payment of wages, this question was included in different information and communication activities for taxpayers that have carried out the inspection. At the same time, for the current year were transferred to the Commission on ensuring repayment of arrears of wages and payment of wages below the minimum wage in the district in Chernihiv city councils and in the management of rostruda in Chernihiv region information for 1082 payers. Conducted 92 successful check, the results of which assessed additional 0.6 million hryvnia. Also, the result of the held events was to raise the level of wages in 105 enterprises, repaid wage arrears of UAH 1,4 million, did the tax to incomes of physical persons in the amount of UAH 0.4 million. With the aim of increasing reserves against revenue the cost of land, preliminary inventory of real estate objects on the territory of Chernigov, which identified a number of legal entities that use land plots without clearance. Payments are not declared, and accordingly, the local budget not paid. For 26 those entities that had the use of considerable areas of land and did not pay a fee for the land, the materials were transferred to Prosecutor's office. According to the results of verification work entered in the budget of the city of 5.6 million UAH (including from the "MONOFILAMENT" and 5.6 million UAH, GP OOH "CHERNIHIV" is NAAN – 5.3 thousand UAH). In addition, in June this year, the Inspectorate expects the approval of the results of documentary verification additional land tax in the amount of 0.8 million.
