Thanks to the intervention Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office of Volyn charity center "Tabitha plus" back to the secondary school No. 2-school. A. P. Brinskogo in Manevichi part of the building labour of the complex educational institution with a total area of 204 sq. m. and a cost of almost 330 thousand UAH. which was used without any legal basis. As previously reported, Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office appealed to court with the claim in interests of the state in the face of Manevychi district Council, Department of education Manevychi district state administration and of the institution of charity center to Zobov’to link the centre to release and return part of the building. In December 2010 between the Department of education and science Manevychi district state administration and the charitable center was awarded a lease of the premises. The term of the agreement expired in November 2013. However, the tenant continued to use part of the building without any legal basis, without paying any rent and not responding to the demands of educational institutions exemption of the premises. In this case the property of the school was used for activities that in no way floor’connected with the educational process that has worsened the learning conditions of children and could negatively affect the educational process. Despite the fact that the authorities did not take adequate measures to protect municipal property from misuse, intervened in the situation, the Prosecutor's office. During the court proceedings on the suit of the Prosecutor, the defendant returned to the premises of the educational institution, in SV’connection with which the proceedings closed.
