So, the decision of the Executive Committee: a modified approach to the procedure of submission of documents by applicants by reducing the list of documents to a minimum and giving the opportunity to present the necessary documents ( the document of title to property) to scan administrators ZAPU; the possibility of providing services for the design and registration of the house book simultaneous with state registration of real rights to immovable property. That is, the applicant can simultaneously submit two types of applications for registration of rights on immovable property and registration and registration of the house book. This approach will significantly reduce the time required of applicants for the house book. responsibilities for receipt of applications from applicants and issuance of house of books is entrusted to the administrators of the Department "Center of administrative services in Lutsk" of Lutsk city Council (hereinafter of tspau), that is, of tspau to fully function as a "front-office" as per the Law of Ukraine "On administrative services".
