In the Rivne region will judge the militiaman who demanded and received illegal benefit in the amount of 5 thousand US dollars and 10 thousand UAH
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against the former senior inspector for special assignments of Department of autotechnical inspection and registration and examination work of traffic police UMVD in the Rovno area who committed a corruption crime. It is established that the Colonel demanded and received from the citizen illegal benefit 5 thousand dollars and 10 thousand UAH for assistance in the time of the last registration of the vehicle and not making it to the platform of the temporary contents of the cars. Illegal benefit law enforcement received twice, and was detained by prosecutors of Rivne region and security agencies of Ukraine in his office office right after receiving the second part of the agreed amount of funds. The ex-law enforcement officer qualified under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage, combined with extortion). The indictment in fact be considered the Rivne city court.
