more than 8 thousand complaints from members of ATU on the necessity of obtaining land, which went to the General Directorate of Derzeitiger in Ternopil region, about 5 thousand of them have already issued orders on granting of permission to production of projects of land management. And that 84% of all complaints received by the management that, actually, is one of the best indicators in Ukraine. This was announced by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna during the program "Accents week". "We try the process of issuing land to the public. After all, before the order came to be signed, he passed the test at the recruiting centre and he was considered for the working group which structure included representatives of public organizations. In particular, the array in the direction Lviv route we were able to divide into more than 800 land area of 0.06 ha. Think it is such a small compensation for military personnel participating ATO, who deserve and need such support," said Stepan Barna. At the same time he added that in this direction the local authorities need to work better. In fact, statistics show that 100% of applications for obtaining land in the local government, a positive decision was taken only at 74%. "I hope that soon this issue will be resolved. Because we understand that the war lasts and there are military who serve on the contract. And because the main task which was put before the state authorities and bodies of local self – government is the reservation of land for potential servicemen, demobilized, they were provided with the land plots. This issue is also under control of the President of Ukraine and the regional administration. Therefore once again emphasize the humanity by the leadership of local governments and the need for compliance with the law, which provides for security of military servants of the land", – said Stepan Barna.
