Rivne: the government returned to the reservoir "Pine",which costs UAH 7.3 million in
the Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region after studying the state of water and land in the territory Zarechnenskiy district revealed violations of the legislation in a water body, the cost of which is 7.3 million. We are talking about the reservoir "Pine" an area of about 230 hectares, located outside the settlement on the territory Ninkovich village Council. It is established that a water body handed over in January 2017 to the free use of farming on the basis of unlawfully adopted by the village Council decision and entered into between the parties to the contract on management of property, while according to the requirements of the Water and the Land code of Ukraine such objects should be provided by the regional state administration only under the terms of the lease. For these gross violations of the law, just learning about them, was the reaction of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. So, the economic court of the Rivne oblast Prosecutor's office made the claim about recognition illegal and cancellation of the decision of the local government, contract property management, as well as the return on the act of transfer and acceptance of water object state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration. The court 10.07.2017 substantiated the arguments of the prosecution and granted her claims in full. Thus, for the intervention of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Area, the state returned to a water body with an area of 230 hectares worth UAH 7.3 million.
