In Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in respect of the employee of penal institutions (UPDATED).
In criminal proceedings concerning the illegal acquisition and storage with a sales objective of especially dangerous narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and the illicit transfer (distribution) of these substances to places of imprisonment, the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region 26.07.2017, completed pre-trial investigation against officials of one of the penal institutions and sent to court the indictment on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine. For the committed criminal offence punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from six to ten years with confiscation of property.
