In Kiev, July 25, met first Deputy Minister of defense of Ukraine Ivan Rusnak with the NATO delegation headed by the Deputy Director of the NATO liaison Office in Ukraine Mrs. Ann-Christine B gene. The sides discussed the issues of social and professional adaptation of servicemen, retired or resigned, in particular in the framework of the NATO trust Fund for the establishment of a system of changes in military career in professional civil, the purpose of which is to create an effective integrated approach to social adaptation, as well as the system of retraining that is integrated into the function of personnel management Armed forces of Ukraine. Deputy Director of the NATO liaison Office in Ukraine Mrs. Ann-Christine B gene noted the significant development of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine in this direction. The participants exchanged opinions, views and practical advice, and also discussed ways of further cooperation. "The program of social adaptation, who will retire from military service, is very important. We must not leave soldiers alone with the problem of returning to civilian life. We are ready to cooperate with our partners in this industry", – summed up the meeting Ivan Rusnak.
