Volyn region: rescuers urge fishermen not to risk my life on ice-covered waters
Every winter, when the thermometer captures temperature readings below zero, and obtains a sharpness of a problem of safety of people on the ice. In spite of considerable risk to life and health adults rush onto the ice to fish, and children — to have fun. Rescuers SSES so hard to take preventive steps to prevent deaths and injuries among citizens. January 4, the rescuers Kovel city Department UDSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region and employees of the city branch of the rescue operations carried out awareness-raising RAID on Kovel reservoir. Here gathers most of the winter anglers from the town of railwaymen. Therefore, employees of gschs reminded the fishermen safe on ice-covered ponds, as well as a detailed outlined procedure for when a man fell through the ice, each of them handed out leaflets with safety rules. Rescuers focused the attention of citizens, to the tragedies, as a rule, led a banal negligence and violation of the basic rules. As with’it turned out, fans of winter fishing will realize how dangerous it can be to stay on the pond ice, but still, go at the call of dangerous Hobbies. However, convinced that the precautions are strictly followed, and some even in advance takes a stick and rope, just in case. In addition, employees of the Rescue Service warned citizens from prolonged exposure to cold air, to avoid hypothermia and frostbite, as well as recalled their first dangerous symptoms.
