Chernivtsi: City Department of justice has joined the all-Ukrainian flashmob
Chernivtsi city Department of justice has joined the all-Ukrainian flashmob for the issuance of certificates of birth directly in maternity hospitals. On December 4 the chief of a municipal government of justice Svetlana Afonina and head of division of state registration of acts of civil status Natalia Vishnevskaya exercised issuance of birth certificates of children in maternity hospital ¹ 2. On the first working day of the new year were given birth certificates of four babies who were born the day before. Among them and little Emma Yukhimets, who was born in Chernivtsi first in 2016.
