the regional Prosecutor's office appealed the decision of Zakarpattya region economic court rejected the lawsuit of the Prosecutor's office. Uzhgorod Uzhgorod city Council, Department of municipal economy of Uzhgorod city Council and LLC «Uzhgorod-market" on invalidation of decisions of the city Council and of the Treaty that the land area of 6 hectares of so-called “Crecca", illegally leased by OOO «Uzhgorod-market". The legal position of the prosecution regarding the illegality of granting the disputed land in the rent of LLC «Uzhgorod-market" is confirmed by the court.
