In the Lviv region law enforcement authorities exposed a sales agent,who has embezzled money from the company

However, sales agent, received from different customers funds totaling approximately 145 thousand UAH, didn't list them on the expense of the company and embezzled and spent for personal needs. When the company asked for the help to militiamen, the malefactor disappeared and long time in hiding, while police did not locate it. Now the former sales agent is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 191 (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment is a fine or correctional work for a period of two years, or restriction of liberty for a term not exceeding four years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to four years with deprivation of the right to practice certain activities or hold certain positions for up to three years.
