It is established that the editor of public-political newspaper of the Bolsheviks "worker-peasant Pravda", repeatedly placed in its pages articles that are propaganda and agitation character, and the maintenance of such action is to re-establish the USSR, the abolition of private property, the building of communism in the struggle of the Central authorities of Ukraine support the separatist sentiment in the Eastern regions of Ukraine that may lead to the violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. In addition, such statements create a negative image of Ukraine, Ukrainians and representatives of the Jewish nationality in the eyes of the Ukrainian and world community, they demean national honour and dignity that, in General, can contribute to the incitement of national enmity and hatred. Specified intentional actions, the editor of the newspaper had committed crimes under part 2 article 110 (punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with confiscation of property or without it), and part 1 of article 161 of the criminal code of Ukraine (punishable by a fine from two hundred to'atiot non-taxable minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term up to p'five years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years or without that).
