15 January at 14:00 in the city of Lutsk, on the Styr river floodplain employees Management DSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region will conduct exercises in responding to emergency situations on water objects. The purpose of the exercise is to determine the readiness of fire and rescue units and group diving and rescue works to rescue people on the water in the winter, to check the ability of staff groups to use rescue tools when helping a person who fell through the ice, to study with the personnel of the units, the ways of rescue operations on ice and the procedure for providing first aid to victims of hypothermia.
