In Vinnytsia region killer women sentenced to 7,5 years of imprisonment
Barsky Sentence of the district court of Vinnytsia region, the inhabitant of one of villages of the district Barsky found guilty of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm which has entailed death of the victim, which he committed while in a state of alcoholic JV’intoxication. Pre-trial investigation found that during the use of alcohol between a man and his cohabitant, domestic violence, a quarrel arose, during which the kitchen knife, intentionally struck the victim a blow in the thigh area. As a result of loss of blood the victim died. Agreeing with the position of the public Prosecutor, Deputy head of Zhmerinka local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region and examining the submitted evidence, the court found the man guilty of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine (deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim), and has appointed to it punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 7 years and 6 months.
